As I write this it snows outside-it is a blistery cold day, and rather than taking my toddler out in the snow to bare the cold, I search for an activity that will hold her interest for a few minutes (or more!). Read on for a mess-free painting activity (I typically enjoy the messy activities, but certainly appreciate when no clean-up is involved!) that is sure to capture the interest of your little one!
Materials you will need:
white cardstock paper
paint
gallon ziploc bags
duct tape
Step 1: Squirt a couple different colors onto a page (you really cannot add too much, so go wild!)
Step 2: Place paper into ziploc and seal.
Step 3: Place onto floor, and duct tape on all four sides to prevent paint from leaking out.
Step 4: Let your little one unleash their inner picasso! My daughter loved exploring with her toy car over the bags, her feet and fingers, and even pushing the paint around with her paintbrush.
Step 4: Remove from floor via taking off duct tape, then cutting the tops of the gallon ziploc to allow your works of art to dry.
Step 5: Feel free to seal these, frame them, or add to your fridge!
